Delivery and returns policy


Orders are processed Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm AEST. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed.

Delivery time can vary between 3 to 8 business days depending on the location.

Please contact us via if you require an urgent delivery and we will do our best to accomodate your request.

All deliveries will require proof of age verification and signature on receipt.

We offer free delivery on all orders over $150.00 AUD

Tracking details will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Please note:

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes
  • We currently only deliver to addresses within Australia.


We can only accept returns for goods that have not been opened and are in their original saleable condition.

If you are concerned that your product is damaged or faulty, please contact us so we can assist you with the matter and issue a refund where applicable.

To request a return, please contact within 2 weeks of receiving your order.

For change of mind returns, you will be required to pay the return delivery costs.

When your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, we will process your refund back on the card you paid with. Refunds may take up to 3 business days.
